Upon placing an order with Quirky Kingdom, a standard pre-authorization check will be conducted on your payment card to verify the availability of sufficient funds for the transaction. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check is completed. Your card will be charged once the order is accepted.

We accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet payments, UPI, and net banking for purchases made on our website. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted as a payment option for any of the listed products.

 Delivery

During the ordering process, you will have various delivery options available to choose from, depending on your location. An estimated delivery time will be provided on the order summary page. While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frame, there may be instances where delivery takes longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively notify you via email and SMS. However, please note that we are unable to compensate for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays. Our standard delivery time is typically 7 to 10 days.

Returns & Refunds

• For issues related to any product, kindly register a complaint within 3 days of delivery.
• If the product is damaged or broken, an opening video is a must.
• In the case of a damaged or defective product, an exchange or store credit will be provided.
