Quirky Kingdom caters to worldwide shipping. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Quirky Kingdom typically delivers your order within 3-7 days to most parts of India. However, due to the personalized nature of some products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you but be rest assured we are making all possible efforts to get your product to you at the earliest.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once

your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 2-3 days while other destinations could take up to 5 days to reach.

While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, The Quirky Kingdom cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

A shipping and handling charge of Rs 100 is levied for orders below Rs 3000. For orders above Rs 3000, shipping is free. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to amend your order please email us at info@quirkykingdom.com and we will try our best to do the needful. In the case of a refund due to order cancellation, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account. 

PAYMENT

Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, UPI and Net banking.

Quirky Kingdom does not currently accept

Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for any of the listed products.
